A big fan, have 2 lithium batteries, DCDC20 charger, Redback generator 2 small batteries in my electric esky etc - bought 200w Raptor solar panel in late May and price dropped June for EOFY sale, I emailed iTech and got an email from Ian with a gift card for the difference!Excellent customer service and top quality products - love the batteries as they guarantee drop in with no change to charging system and saved 25 kg in the van as well!

I have bought 2 x 100 amp batteries plus 40 dcdc charger plus 1000 inverter plus battery meter plus 200W solar blanket from itech world. I’ve been really disappointed with the level of technical support with solar blanket issues I’m having. Cannot get through at all to any technician to troubleshoot. Instead have to back and forth to customer service reps who are not doing their jobs properly. Was supposed to be emailed a solar blanket postage return form today…it still hasn’t come. Really sloppy after sales support…

I recently bought a lithium battery and had an issue which I contacted Ian about. He responded immediately and resolved the issue promptly. We have since bought an AC charger and a DCDC charger. All three items were sent immediately. Service was very professional. I would be happy to recommend this business.

Just the best customer service I bought a JS 80 jump starter not long before a sale started. I spoke to the itechworld team and they were more than happy to send me a hard case for my JS80 to cover the extra discount of the sale, Great unit also

Very happy with my Itech500p purchase. I bought this to run my 60L Engel instead of going for a full dual battery setup. I also recently purchased a rough country 100L fridge slide, the engel and 500p sit perfectly together. I'm currently getting 3 days out of it but I'm driving less than normal while on holidays. Hoping I can get a full week once I get back to normal.
